heart health

I am finally recovering from last weeks sore spots. Sunday's are nice for recovery. But now I am ready to get back in the pool tomorrow. I don't know that any exercise feels as good as swimming. You don't advance as fast as runners but moving smoothly through the water is supreme.

  1. I like to swim too. It is great exercise and it doesn't bang you up.
